CY14B104NA-ZS45XIT is a 4-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 256K × 16 with QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells. It runs from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and supports hands-off AutoStore on power-down using a VCAP capacitor (61–180 µF) plus software- or pin-initiated STORE/RECALL. Rated 45 ns access time in a 44-pin TSOP II, it specifies 20-year retention and 1M STORE cycles over –40°C to 85°C.
