CY14B101KA-ZS45XIT is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) nvSRAM with integrated real time clock, providing SRAM-speed reads/writes with nonvolatile QuantumTrap storage. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40 to 85°C and supports 45 ns access. Data stores automatically on power-down using an external VCAP capacitor, with software or HSB hardware STORE/RECALL control. Rated for 20-year retention and 1 million STORE cycles.
