CY14B101KA-ZS25XI is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) parallel nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, using QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements. It runs from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply over -40°C to 85°C and offers 25 ns access. Data is retained 20 years with 1 million STORE operations, and automatic STORE on power-down uses a small VCAP capacitor. It is offered in a 44-pin TSOP II package.
