Introducing BTS50010-1LUA, a new member of Power PROFET™ +12V family. This 1.0mΩ single channel high-side power switch comes in an 8-pin TO-leadless package. It offers reverse polarity protection and diagnosis, with a N-channel power MOSFET and charge pump. Ideal for harsh automotive environments, it can drive loads up to 42A, powering heaters, glow plugs, fans, and pumps.
