These are centrally stored, managed and shared with nearly every online service you decide to use (single sign on).

If you have questions about Infineon products, you are also encouraged to use our Infineon Developer Community. Here you can discuss with other members of the Community, and help each other to better understand our products and services. You’ll also find an expanded library of documentation and videos to help you learn and expand your knowledge, new blogs from knowledgeable and expert resources, code examples, knowledge articles, social media connections, and much more. If you want to create posts or engage on existing content, you must first register for a centrally managed user account. In addition to that, you will have a Community username that you can freely choose. Your profile data and any information related to it will be displayed to other users of the Community based on your preferences in order to enable open and transparent communication.
With a successful registration you also automatically take part in the ‘rewards and recognition program’. Based on your activity in the Community like your amount and quality of comments, submitting translations and code examples, you can achieve different membership statuses.

We use the services of Qualtrics LLC (333 W. River Park Drive, Provo, UT 84604 , USA) to provide you with feedback opportunities on our website and/or by email and may invite you to participate in surveys. If required by law, we will obtain your consent in advance.

You may register for our newsletters and other email marketing communication, and regularly receive up-to-date information on our products, services and events.
The registration for our newsletters and other email marketing communication take place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. After your registration, you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your email address for purposes of dual-factor authentication. This confirmation is necessary to verify your email address. The registration for the newsletters and further email marketing communication will be logged in order to validate the registration process according to legal requirements.

6. Shopping cart
Our shopping cart makes it easier for you to purchase small quantities of Infineon products for design and prototyping purposes. The selection and compilation of our products is possible on our website. To complete your order you will be forwarded to a website controlled by our partner Mouser Electronics, Inc., where your personal data will be processed for this purposes.
7. Supplier Portal
The supplier portal offers Infineon suppliers the opportunity to exchange information with Infineon contact persons during supplier lifecycle management and electronic tendering processes. Therefore, you must create a separate account first. You cannot reach this portal using the central account registration service. The main goals are to manage the relationship in order to increase supplier performance, improve co-operation and optimize the entire value chain in collaboration with the suppliers.
8. Success Factors Learning
Success Factors Learning is a password-protected learning platform that we offer to our distribution and sales partners so that they can receive further training and become qualified with respect to our products and services. You can check the learning platform at any time to view the training seminars, tests and certificates you have completed.
9. myInfineon
myInfineon is the portal for the Infineon community like Infineon customer contacts and everyone who is interested in Infineon. To use this portal, you must register for a centrally managed user account within myInfineon. We use your personal data to provide you valuable information about applications and products, and can use integrated services like our newsletter management or expanded functions of our design tools within your personal area. Technical support for our products as well as a feedback form is also available via myInfineon. To improve and develop myInfineon we use your recommendations from the feedback form. The feedback form is a first party service.
You can manage and update your personal details in your profile. Let us know what interests you the most and enjoy a personalized user experience through us displaying content that is of special interest to you, e.g. personalized documents, videos, webinars and product recommendations.
10. myICP
myICP (myInfineon Collaboration Platform) is a password-protected area within myInfineon that allows our distributors, existing and prospective customer contacts to access documents classified as confidential. Using myICP requires a centrally managed user account and separate permissions.
myICP creates user-based reports about the history of downloads and notifications sent to ensure compliance with the contractual obligations of Infineon at any time and to support business relations.
11. iTrack
iTrack is a password-protected portal exclusively offered to customer contacts. iTrack is a collaboration platform which provides separated project spaces where you and all members of a project can participate and get in contact with Infineon FAE’s to receive exclusive customer support. Access to iTrack requires the registration for a centrally managed user account.
12. Infineon Developer Center (IDC) and related tools
The Infineon Developer Center (IDC) offers you the service to register your evaluation board and to receive board related content like relevant documents based on your board registration information. In addition, the IDC offers various services to provide different content, such as tools, software packages and related information on updates and notes.
We process the following data:
- evaluation board registration information like your name and e-mail address including your preferences for receiving marketing information as well as the serial number and/or name of registered board,
- browser information that is automatically sent to us by your web browser or terminal device, such as your IP address, device type, browser type as well as date and time of the respective visitor request
- client information that is automatically sent to us when using the IDC and related tools like version information, tool installation and uninstallation information, summary information of installed tools and information of devices and products that you use IDC on or with,
- information on whether you use specific features or functionality of IDC and related tools,
- configuration data of your IDC and related tools including selection of products, parameters or similar data.
We process your personal data in particular to:
- perform technical analyses to safeguard Infineon’s legitimate interests. Infineon has legitimate interests to provide, operate IDC and related content as well as to run performance, failure and/or security analyses.
- to provide you exclusive content as a download file and grant you access to your personal project space where you can store all project relevant data in one place and share it with others, in each case by e-mail based on your voluntarily provided registration information.
- perform direct marketing activities via email and/or telephone carried out by Infineon or one of its licensed distributors and partners if you have given us your previous consent.
- analyze and optimize the usage of IDC and related content, if you have given us your previous consent by accepting performance and marketing cookies via the Infineon cookie banner.
If you decided for ‘personalization’, we additionally process your personal data in particular to:
- run personalized usage analysis and reporting,

13. Online Design & Simulation Tools
Our design tools (e.g. Infineon IPOSIM, Infineon Designer) are used to simulate the electrical, thermal and magnetic properties of our products and systems to find the best fit for your application.
If you have given us your cookie consent and after logging in into myInfineon, your input configurations (e.g., selected circuit topologies, input/output parameters and simulation methods) may be recorded within the design tools, and shared together with your email address and company information with our regional sales and marketing staff. In this way, they can accommodate your project-specific needs and requirements individually and provide you with the best possible support for your system implementation.
IPOSIM Lifetime Estimation Service
Lifetime Estimation Service is a new IPOSIM service that performs a series of automated simulations estimating the lifetime of Infineon´s power modules, based on the user´s mission profile input. The results are delivered as a pdf report.
14. Infineon GitHub Repositories
Within our Software Development Kits (e.g., AURIX™ Development Studio, DAVE™ Integrated Development Environment) you can update or synchronize your software projects with our Infineon GitHub repositories by downloading the latest software and code examples. In this way your software projects use always the latest version. With GitHub usage data we may create anonymous usage statistics, which will be shared with Infineon sales and marketing staff to better understand programmer needs and improve future software developments.
15. Online Documentation Platform
Our Online Documentation Platform is a comprehensive online repository of technical documentations like application notes, code examples, reference designs and software guides.
This platform helps users to speed up design-in by finding all the development documentation they need in one place, complete with real time updates from our software and support teams based on inputs and questions from our Infineon Developer Community.
16. CIRRENT™
The CIRRENT™ Console is the portal for CIRRENT™ Cloud Software Services, including CIRRENT™ Product Analytics. CIRRENT™ Product Analytics is a software-as-a-service solution which allows customers to analyze data from their IoT devices and solve problems with networking and product performance. On the CIRRENT™ Console we process your personal data like user login, user name, IP address and login date and time to provide you our services and to improve our CIRRENT™ products and services.
17. IoT XENSIV™ Portal
The IoT XENSIV™ portal is a cloud platform to provide a testing and evaluation environment for using the Infineon Smart Downlight device or IoT XENSIV™ Lighting development kit. This service is only available for selected customers for testing purposes. In order to be able to use this portal, you must register for a centrally managed user account. With this account you can access, manage and control your devices to visualize the people count and LED electrical status. The portal also provides an API for data access as well as for online and offline alerts.
18. Brand Portal
Infineon’s brand portal is a restricted access platform for selected partners. For registration and administration purposes, we collect your e-mail address, first and last name and contact details based on your consent. You can have your profile changed or deleted at any time via brandportal@infineon.com, if there are no retention obligations.
In addition, we offer you the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. If you have given us your consent to send you our newsletter, your personal data will be processed based on your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out so far. If you no longer wish to receive a newsletter in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time by e-mail via brandportal@infineon.com or via this link.
Via our “My brand training” function, you can optionally take a picture or use a picture of yourself at the end of a successfully completed training and add graphic elements (e.g. trophy, lettering, etc.). The images are only processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to Infineon.
19. Applicant Portal
To place your application you have to register at our Applicant Portal. There you can enter, view, add, change and delete your personal data and your applications yourself at any time within your profile.
Only persons involved in the application process and supporting groups get access to your application and your personal data. The service provider is also obligated to comply with applicable data protection regulations. Since Infineon is a global group, it may be necessary to transfer personal data between Infineon entities. We assure you that all relevant data protection regulations are obeyed in such cases.
In case of an employment we will use your personal data from your application to perform the employment relationship with you.
If you want us to use your application data for other job offers that meet your qualifications, we need your separate consent to do so. You may withdraw your consent any time. Therefore, you can contact recruiting@infineon.com or withdraw your consent directly within your profile tab. If you withdraw your consent for further storage and use of your application for other job offers, the application and the personal data will no longer be used for other job offers.
20. Smart Application Enablement & Smart Application Enablement Hackathon
The Smart Application Enablement is a platform offering for building smart and connected applications using Infineon Hardware components. The platform is provided as a service to selected customers for testing purposes. The Smart Application Enablement Hackathon platform is the lite version of the Smart Application Enablement platform specifically targeted towards hackathons, makeathons and events. To be able to use the platforms, you must register for a myInfineon user account. With this account, you can access the platforms to create new IoT devices, onboard IoT devices, visualize data, share it with other users etc.. The platform give you the feature to add to your Amazon Web Services (AWS) account as a project where we would deploy the software resources needed for you to create different smart applications. On the platforms, we only process your personal data like user name, and email address to provide you our services.
21. myCases
myCases is a password-protected portal for Infineon customers to ask for technical support and manage their support tickets. Direct customers or distribution partners directly ordering from Infineon can additionally open inquiries on order management, sales support and failure analysis requests. To use this portal, you must register for a centrally managed user account, which allows you to use other services of Infineon as well.
22. Virtual Event Platform
Infineon’s virtual event platform enables a seamless event experience for customers, partners, contacts and interested parties in Infineon while extending the visit at the tradeshows that Infineon participates in. Whether you attend the tradeshows on-site or not, you are able to access Infineon´s tradeshow content through this platform. In order to use the platform, you must first register for a centrally managed user account. On the platform you can learn about Infineon´s products and solutions, find the relevant demos and information (including the product details, videos, 3D models and more) for your projects, and gain a deeper insight into all the tradeshow topics. You can use the contact area on the platform to get in touch with Infineon's experts if you have questions or would like to plan a project.
23. Infineon Register Viewer
The Infineon Register Viewer offers a comprehensive online service that enables users to explore and configure Infineon device registers with ease and efficiency. By accepting our cookies, we can track your usage and understand how you interact with our platform and improve and optimize it accordingly to provide you with a better and more personalized experience.
24. Whistleblowing
Infineon provides a whistleblowing system to employees and external persons in order to receive, process and manage reports of queries concerning (potential) infringements or violations against legal and internal regulations.

25. Lead Forensics
We will process your data to optimize and market products and services by using Lead Forensics. Lead Forensics is capable of identifying several information about your organization, including its name, general contact number, web address, SIC code, and a description of the company. Lead Forensics can provide a detailed report of your site visit, which includes the pages you visited and how much time you spent on each page. Your IP addresses will be anonymized immediately after collection. Lead Forensics will use the data collected to assess your website visit and create reports on site activity on behalf of Infineon. 26. Conferencing and Real-Time Collaboration
Infineon uses Cisco Webex as platform for video conferencing and real-time collaboration. This service allows users to connect via voice and video, chat, and file sharing in virtual meeting rooms. All communications between participants are encrypted, except for voice communications from and to users dialing in over the public telephone network. Infineon will control all information related to the meetings subject to our company policies.
Connection data will be stored exclusively for the purpose of failure analysis for a maximum period of 12 months. Use of the voice, image, text, and data transmission features is voluntary and may be controlled by the user. Chat and documents will be stored in the cloud and can be deleted by the user. Voice and video will by default not persistently be stored. Please be aware that copies of your information may persist to the extent it has been shared with others.
