Join our webinar to learn how integrated GaN and discrete GaN technologies differ in architecture, features, and performance.

Attending the webinar, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the features available in integrated GaN, such as built-in gate drivers, protection features, and simplified layout requirements that help reduce design complexity and accelerate time-to-market. It will be put in contrast with discrete GaN devices, which provide flexibility for custom designs, allowing engineers to fine-tune performance, thermal handling, and scalability in demanding applications.

We will explain the operating principles and architectures of integrated GaN and discrete GaN devices, explaining how each is designed to deliver high efficiency, fast switching, and compact system designs. Additionally, we will compare the application benefits of both integrated GaN and discrete GaN, highlighting real-world examples from consumer and industrial applications.

You will learn about:

  • The fundamental operating principles and architecture of integrated GaN and discrete GaN devices
  • The key features and application benefits of each technology, including design simplicity, flexibility, and thermal performance
  • How to select the right GaN architecture for your power application
