Product Application Engineer

Gianluca Mele is a Product Application Engineer at Infineon Technologies, based in El Segundo, California. He brings a strong academic foundation in Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and in Microelectronics from the University of Pavia.

Gianluca began his career at Infineon in 2017 as a Design and Verification Engineer for Level Shift Gate Drivers. He subsequently expanded his expertise in power management by working as a System Engineer for DC-DC converters at Allegro MicroSystems and as a Component Verification Engineer at STMicroelectronics.

Since 2023 Gianluca joined the Technical Marketing team in El Segundo, US, for level shit gate driver in Infineon Technologies working as product application engineer.
