Dr. Rainer Hoehler

Rainer Hoehler is the SVP and GM of Infineon Memory Solutions Business Line & CEO of Infineon Technologies LLC, the Memory Solutions subsidiary of Infineon.

He joined Infineon (Siemens Semiconductors until 1999) in 1997 as development engineer for DRAM memories. Since then, he has spent his career in the semiconductor memory development and business management functions, covering as diverse memory types as DRAM, F-RAM, nvSRAM, NAND Flash, and NOR Flash. He re-joined Infineon as part of the acquisition of Cypress in 2020 and previously worked at Micron.

Rainer studied at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany, and at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland and earned his Diploma and PhD degrees both from the Technical University of Darmstadt. He attended executive trainings in general management at Babson College in Boston, MA, and at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Cliff Zitlaw has been involved in the development of semiconductor memories for 42 years.  Cliff’s primary focus has been on bus interfaces that optimize memory performance within different application constraints.  Cliff was the inventor of Xicor’s Microprocessor Serial interface (EEPROM), Micron’s CellularRAM interface (PSRAM) and Infineon’s Hyperbus interface (NOR and PSRAM).  Cliff is the inventor or co-inventor of over 50 patents related to memory functionality and usage.  Cliff is currently the Chair of JEDEC’s Serial Flash and LPDDR-NVM Task Groups.

Work with all key Chipset (SoC, MCU, FPGA) partners to co-define compliant memory sub-systems (Memory Controller and Memory Devices) and help them qualify Infineon Memories with their chipset and on their Reference Designs. Previosly he was at AMD & IBM as  Field Application Engineer & Marketing Manager & ASIC Team Leader

Patrick has a Masters in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Microelectronics (ASIC Architecture Conception) from Ecole supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Electrotechnique et Electronique.

Stefan Goede is a Co-Founder and the CTO of Munich Electrification, a supplier of battery management systems, software and components. His present role is focussed on research and development in the field of electric vehicle batteries and stationary batteries. Before founding Munich Electrification, Stefan worked in the automotive industry. Previous career steps include BMS software development at Tesla Motors, BMW AG and Daimler AG. He holds a Master of Arts in Business Development as well as a diploma in information technology from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Stuttgart.

These applications span hand-held devices, data centers, energy storage, low-speed electric vehicles, robotics, commercial and agricultural vehicles, as well as passenger vehicles.
