Meng Hui has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. 

He started his career with Infineon Technologies in 1999 as an engineer. Since then, he held various job functions; from application engineering to product and regional marketing. 

He is currently heading Asia Pacific regional marketing team on security and smart wearables applications. He focuses on regional strategies development and deployment to proliferate infineon offerings. 

Meng Hui completed his studies at National University of Singapore with a Master degree in Software Engineering.

Directorate General of Small, Medium, and Miscellaneous Industries (IKMA)
Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia

Possesses extensive experience within the Ministry of Industry and is responsible for the development and guidance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the chemical, textile, and handicraft sectors.

He is involved in formulating policies and programs to enhance the competitiveness of national SMEs, including digital transformation and the strengthening of industrial supply chains.

He, as Acting Director of Small & Medium-sized LMEA industries, involved in technology-based manufacturing sectors, the adoption of AI, and the implementation of Making Indonesia 4.0.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from ITS Surabaya and his master’s degree from UPN Surabaya.

A seasoned leader with nearly 20 years at Syngenta Asia Pacific, Eryanto has held senior roles spanning Finance, Compliance, and Business Strategy across Switzerland, ASEAN, and the broader Asia Pacific region. He has a strong track record of driving profitability, leading large-scale transformation projects, and building high-performing cross-cultural teams. Eryanto holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing and Financial Management from the University of Wales, Bangor.

He has been working for Infineon since 2021, and is also a Infineon Wi-Fi and Bluetooth champion of connectivity IoT solutions in Asia Pacific.

Kassandra is the Asia Pacific regional marketing specializing in payment cards at Infineon.

Drawing on her experience in sales, strategy planning, and supply chain, she drives the commercial strategy for Infineon's payment solutions. Her mission is clear - to ensure the next generation of contactless cards delivers the high security and performance that issuers need, while offering the speed and convenience that cardholders expect.

Jake Shin leads consumer sensor applications, including smartphones and hearables, as well as MEMS microphone initiatives, at Infineon. With more than 15 years in the semiconductor industry, he has held technical, marketing and business development position, where he focus on developing Asia Pacific and China market and businesses, including channel partners, OEM manufacturers and end customers.

Kim Chang Min

 Director, Application Marketing for Energy Storage System, PV and Hydrogen
Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific

Joined Infineon Technologies Korea in 2011 and responsible for business development for industrial and infrastructures like industrial drive, traction, power transmission and distribution, renewable, e-marine and e-aviation for more than 10 years along with long experience for power arena from KW to MW. He is now responsible for application marketing for EV charging, energy storage system, wind, e-marine and e-aviation for Asia Pacific region.
