Based in Singapore, Jan Leong spearheads a team of regional marketing experts specializing in industrial and renewable energy segments. Holding a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Jan brings over 20 years of experience in the power electronics industry, having held various roles in R&D, field application engineering, and marketing across multiple multinational corporations.

Since joining Infineon in 2011, Jan has been a driving force in promoting industrial, infrastructure, and energy sectors across Asia Pacific. His early accomplishments in establishing Infineon's market dominance in power semiconductors in Greater China, particularly in industrial drives and solar segments, have been a highlight of his career.

Jan is deeply passionate about the green energy and emerging industrial applications sectors. He also has a strong interest in semiconductor topics, including IGBTs, mosfets, wide-bandgap semiconductors, and bipolar devices, and enjoys discussing their role as core enablers of technological innovation.

Satish Hrit is the technical director at Clenergy Australia, where he leads Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) for both Residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) markets. He is responsible for product development and technical strategy, helping shape next generation energy storage solutions tailored for Australia and international markets. Clenergy has been a recognized leader in renewable energy solutions for over two decades, and Satish plays a key role in advancing its ESS innovation roadmap.

With more than 25 years of engineering experience, Satish brings deep expertise across automotive, medical electronics, power electronics, AI, and IoT. Over the past four years, he has been closely involved in developing and deploying integrated ESS solutions, supporting Australia’s transition to a more resilient and sustainable energy future.

Beyond his corporate role, Satish has been actively involved with multiple startups, serving as a mentor and technical advisor to emerging companies focused on decarbonization and carbon footprint reduction. His work bridges cutting edge technology, real world deployment, and sustainability impact.

With over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in microcontrollers (MCUs), power devices, and controllers, Wang Kaifei is a trusted expert in his field. He joined Infineon Technologies in 2019 as part of the Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) team and has since transitioned to a key role as product marketing manager for GaN in the Asia Pacific region.  

Kaifei now focuses on driving go-to-market (G2M) strategies and introducing cutting-edge GaN products to the regional market. His extensive expertise and strategic vision ensure the successful promotion and adoption of Infineon’s GaN solutions, empowering next-generation power technologies across Asia Pacific.
