Senior Vice President Segment Automotive EMEA

For the past three years, Negar has served as Business Line Head for our Automotive High Voltage Business Line. Successful closure of customer contracts was a big success in challenging times of allocation, as well as finding win-win solutions in the weak market conditions in recent months.

Before joining the automotive segment, Negar led the power discretes business, managing three product lines with around 150 people located in the US, Europe, and Asia. In addition, she played a pivotal role in the integration of the International Rectifier team after the acquisition in 2015. Her previous career at Infineon included various leadership roles in marketing, product development for power MOSFETs, as well as Project Management.

Andrea Morici holds a PhD in electronic engineering and an MBA with more than 20 years of professional experience in semiconductors. He joined Infineon Technologies in 2012, working for the ATV and PSS divisions. Since 2021, Andrea has been part of Infineon Technologies Italy and has the role of Technical Marketing Head, leading a team of system and application engineers in Padua focused on defining exterior- and interior-lighting automotive ICs, driving go-to-market activities, and providing technical support to customers worldwide.

System Application Engineer EMEA – Chassis & ADAS

Hugo joined Infineon in 2018 after completing his master's thesis at a leading European automotive OEM. He began his career as a member of the AURIXTM microcontroller support team, where he specialized in ADAS & Radar applications and DSP low-level optimizations. Hugo further developed his expertise in Radar technology during his time at Infineon's 60 GHz Radar department. Currently, he is the System Application Engineer for chassis & ADAS applications in the EMEA region, leveraging his technical expertise to drive innovation and support customers.

Principal Engineer - Field Application Engineering and Functional Safety for automotive microcontrollers

With over 7 years of experience at Infineon, Valon has progressed through multiple engineering roles – from R&D Functional Safety Engineer to Field Application Engineer for Safety – building deep expertise in safety-critical automotive systems and customer-focused technical solutions. His work centers on enabling OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to successfully design and deploy systems compliant with ISO 26262, ensuring the highest standards of reliability and safety. He brings strong knowledge of AURIX™ architectures, combined with hands-on experience in system-level problem solving, safety analysis, and technical customer support. As part of Field Application Engineering, he acts as a bridge between product development and customers – translating complex technical requirements into practical, high-impact solutions.

Director Regional Marketing & Business Development EMEA - Autonomous Driving

As Director of Regional Marketing & Business Development EMEA for Autonomous Driving, Dr. Monika Pfeifer leverages her strong technical background, earned through a Ph.D. in Physics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, to drive business for ADAS. With over a decade of experience at Infineon Technologies, she has developed expertise in product management and marketing, particularly in automotive sensors such as magnetic sensors, including wheel speed sensors, Hall Switches, and 3D Hall sensors. Currently, she leads regional marketing efforts in EMEA, building on her previous roles as Senior Manager of Product Marketing Manager for Automotive Sensors.

System Application Engineer - Battery Management Systems and Traction Inverter

Dr. Andre Christmann is Lead Principal at Infineon Technologies AG, specializing in Battery Management Systems and Inverter applications. With over 20 years in the automotive semiconductor industry, he has led innovations in high-voltage power semiconductors, including SiC MOSFETs and IGBTs. His expertise spans product development, system integration, and customer design-in support across global markets, making him a trusted technical leader in EV power electronics.
