Our 2026 booth showcases Infineon's most advanced Si, SiC, and GaN-based power solutions across seven key application areas:

- Power Supply Units (PSU)

Infineon's high-frequency, high-density PSU reference designs push the boundaries of efficiency and power density for modern data centre rack architectures:

  • 8 kW High-Frequency High-Density PSU (REF_8KW_HFHD_PSU)
  • 12 kW High-Frequency High-Density PSU (REF_12KW_HFHD_PSU)
  • 18 kW Three-Phase High-Frequency High-Density PSU (REF_18KW_HFHD_3P_PSU)
  • 30 kW T-Type PFC Evaluation Platform (EVAL_30KW_TTYPE_PFC)

- Battery Backup Units (BBU)

Reliable, high-efficiency energy buffering is critical for AI GPU load transients and grid resiliency. Discover Infineon's BBU solutions designed for both 48V and 800V power architectures:

  • 12 kW Partial Power Converter BBU
  • 24 kW BBU – 800V
  • 24 kW BBU – 50V

- Intermediate Bus Converters (IBC)

High-efficiency and high-power-density 48V and 800V power distribution solutions for hyperscale data centres and AI servers:

  • IBC ±400V to 50V Board
  • Regulated 48V to 12V, 1.8 kW Discrete Solution — Interleaved buck topology using GaN, ultra-compact form factor: 105×17×10 mm
  • Regulated 48V to 12V, 2.5 kW ¼ Brick Reference Design — Interleaved buck topology using GaN

- Hot-swap controllers

- Voltage Regulators (VRM)
