The TLS850B0TE33 demoboard enables evaluation of Infineon’s latest automotive LDOs with ultra-low quiescent current. It's designed for battery-connected ECUs in automotive applications, with an enable feature for ON/OFF control. The ultra-low quiescent current of 20 µA meets current consumption restrictions. The demoboard provides a plug-and-play solution, pre-configured with external components for a stable 3.3 V output.
