The TLS850B0TB33 demoboard evaluates Infineon's automotive LDOs with ultra-low quiescent current. Designed for automotive ECUs, it enables ON/OFF switching via an enable feature. Its low quiescent current (typically 20µA) helps meet OEM current consumption restrictions. The demoboard provides a plug-and-play solution with external components. The TLS850B0TBV33 has a fixed 3.3V output, and the board ensures a stable 3.3V at the regulator's output.
