The TLS810D1LDV50 is an automotive linear voltage regulator with wide input range (2.75V to 42V), low quiescent current (9μA), and fixed 5.0V output (2% accuracy, 100mA capability). It can be enabled/disabled (≤1μA standby), requires a small 1μF ceramic capacitor, and offers internal protections. Ideal for automotive systems, including cranking conditions.
