The TLS810A1LD V33 is a low quiescent current linear voltage regulator with wide input range. Operating from 2.75 V to 42 V, it's ideal for automotive applications. The TLS810A1LD V33 provides a fixed 3.3 V output with 2% accuracy and 100 mA capability. It requires a small 1 μF ceramic capacitor for regulation. The tracking region starts at 2.75 V, making it suitable for automotive systems during cranking. Internal protections ensure safety.
