The TLS805B1SJV is a low quiescent current linear voltage regulator with wide input range. It operates from 2.75 V to 42 V, making it ideal for automotive applications. The adjustable output version has 2% accuracy and 50 mA capability. With a small 1 μF ceramic capacitor, it provides stable regulation. The Enable feature allows for easy on/off control with low standby consumption. It includes internal protections for safety.
