The TLS805B1 V50 is a low quiescent current linear voltage regulator with wide input range. Operating from 2.75 V to 42 V, it's ideal for automotive applications. The TLS805B1LD V50 provides a fixed 5 V output with 2% accuracy and 50 mA capability. It requires a small 1 μF ceramic capacitor for regulation. Internal protections ensure safety. It has an Enable feature and low standby consumption.
