TLS715B0 is a low dropout linear voltage regulator (up to 150mA). Regulates input voltage (up to 40V) to VQ,nom = 5V (±2% precision). Ideal for low current systems (36μA), battery-connected. Dropout voltage: 200mV (< 100mA). Extended operating range from 4.0V, suitable for automotive start-stop. Features current limitation, over-temperature shutdown, protection against failures. For stabilizing 5V supply voltage in various applications.
