The TLS4120D0EPV is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter for automotive applications. It has a current capability of 2A and an adjustable output voltage of 3V-10V. Integrated power stages, soft start feature, and compensation minimize external components and system costs. With a wide input voltage range and 100% duty-cycle operation, it is suitable for battery cranking scenarios. TLS4120 ADJBOARD L supports its low switching frequency range.
