The TLS115D0LD is a compact tracking regulator for automotive applications. It supplies off-board systems, protects against reverse polarity and short circuit. Supports up to 45V input voltage. Accurately tracks reference voltage with high precision. Can drive loads up to 150mA, following a 5V reference.
