This evaluation board enables you to test performance of the TLE9744QK, an ISO26262 compliant PMIC for traction inverter applications. All power supply rails can be tested for analog performance, as well the digital behavior such as reset and interrupt (RSTCN,RSTPN,WDON and INTN), clock monitoring(CLKMON), resolver excitation and integrated Safety Engine. Usage with TC375 Arduino shield buddy running a GUI(Download: Infineon Development Center).
