The EiceDRIVER™ 1ED Compact 1EDI20H12AH is a component of the CoolSiC™ MOSFET 1200 V evaluation platform, facilitating bipolar supply with VCC2 at +15 V and GND2 negative. This platform showcases driving options for the silicon carbide CoolSiC™ MOSFET in TO263-7pin, divided into one motherboard and two drive cards for SMD. The motherboard EVAL_PS_SIC_DP_MAIN is designed for a maximum voltage of 800 V and a maximum pulsed current of 130 A.
