REF_PMG1_S3_DOCK is a reference design showcasing the PD controller and dock management capabilities of EZ-PD™ PMG1-S3 in a docking application. It has 1 UFP (upstream facing port), 3 DFPs (downstream facing ports) of which DS1 & DS3 are Type-C and DS2 is a Type-A port, 1 Display Port and 1 HDMI Port. The dock software development kit (SDK) supports EZ-PD™ PMG1-S3 USB-C dock. The SDK also supports Intel Thunderbolt designs.
