The REF_275W_HBCT_XDPP1100 achieves 95% peak efficiency in eighth brick form factors for telecom isolated DC-DC power modules. It delivers 12V/275W of output power across 36V-72V input voltages, enabled by the XDPP1100 digital controller and DHP1050N10N5 integrated half-bridge power stage, with a power density of 21W/cm³ (350W/in³). This design reduces BOM size and allows advanced control functions for the fastest time to market.
