The OptiMOS™ Fast Diode (FD) 200 V MOSFET power board module, in a D²PAK package, is a primary component of the LVD scalable power demo platform. Functioning as a half-bridge with power and gate drive interconnections, it allows easy construction of any half-bridge power topology. Various power boards using Infineon’s OptiMOS™ in D²PAK, D²PAK-7, and TO-Leadless packages display different power MOSFET performance aspects.
