It offers 2MB PFLASH, 128KB DFLASH, 512KB EMEM, BROM, on-board interfaces include standard power connector, Micro USB for ASC Interface, RJ45 for Ethernet, JTAG, DAP, LIN, CAN, and FlexRay. Available in TQFP-100 format.
