The evaluation board showcases the design of the half-bridge LLC stage of a server SMPS to meet 80+ Titanium standard efficiency requirements. It uses 600V CoolMOS™ C7 SJ MOSFET, OptiMOS™ 40V low voltage power MOSFET, QR CoolSET™, EiceDRIVER™ 2EDL and 2EDN gate drivers, and an LLC controller for analog or XMC™ microcontroller in the digital version.
