The design offers a complete Infineon system solution for a 3 kW power supply unit (PSU) compliant with OCP V3 rectifier specifications. It includes a front-end AC-DC bridgeless totem pole converter for PFC and THD, and a back-end DC-DC isolated half-bridge LLC converter. The PSU achieves a peak efficiency of 97.5% at 230 VAC and 32 W/inch³ power density.
