The CY15FRAMKIT-001 is an inexpensive F-RAM development kit for Infineon's high-performance, high-reliability, and energy-efficient serial F-RAM devices. It's compatible with CY8CKIT-042, CY8CKIT-042-BLE, CY8CKIT-040 kits, and Arduino UNO R3 board. The kit includes a 256-Kbit SPI F-RAM, a 256-Kbit I2C F-RAM, and stackable connectors that are Arduino compatible.
