The CY14NVSRAMKIT-001 is an inexpensive nonvolatile SRAM (nvSRAM) development kit for Infineon’s high-performance parallel nvSRAM devices. It features a 16-Mbit high-performance SRAM backed by Infineon’s nonvolatile technology, ideal for high-performance applications. The kit includes a DVK board header compatible with Infineon’s FM4 MCU board and is built with Infineon’s FM4 Peripheral Driver Library (PDL 2.0).
