The EiceDRIVER™ 1EDI3028 evaluation board includes the 1EDI3028AS high and low side driver for IGBT-based applications. It supports a half-bridge configuration, allowing the mounting of HybridPACK™ DSC IGBT and TO247-3 discrete devices. The user manual guides customers through various options and product combinations. Additionally, an online simulation of the 1EDI3028AS is available for seamless product evaluation.
