The requestor must be a registered user on our platform, with a valid Infineon, Company or University email address and authentication credentials.
For free-of-charge samples the requestor's must compile a questionnaire, including required information such as job function, industry, project details etc.
The requestor must not have exceeded the maximum allowed sample quantity or frequency, as defined by our sampling program's management system.
The sample request must comply with our company's data privacy and protection policies, including GDPR and other applicable regulations.

Please note that these eligibility criteria are subject to change, and we may add or modify them at any time to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our Online sampling program.
 

All sample orders are shipped via ground shipping.
Sampling limits, paid & free-of-charge samples, apply to all product requests.

Yes, there are restrictions on the geographical locations where samples can be shipped.
