We present our product family of Half Bridges and Single Switches with the state-of-the-art IGBT4 Chip Technology at 650 V/ 1200 V/ 1700 V.

• The 62mm product line offers the current range from 300A to 400A at 650V,
• The 34 and 62mm product lines offer the complete current range from 50A up to 900A at 1200V,
• The 62mm product line offers the current range from 150A up to 600A additionally at 1700V
