What are your job highlights?

Everyday, it is great to learn and share trends of overall semiconductor & related material market, which are needed to manufacture Infineon‘s products to makes the world greener.
On top, it is amazing to see how we come together in times of crisis (e.g., Covid-19) to secure the supply for Infineon production. It is really an exceptional teamwork which is being done everyday at the Infineon procurement function.

What are your biggest challenges?

While we are really great at handling reactive risk topics, the biggest challenge remains is to solve risk topics proactively before it materializes. There are many proactive risk topics you can focus on for a company with the size of Infineon, though the challenge remains to build structure and process around it to make it lean and work cross-functionally in order to use the „Get things done“ mentality.

What inspires you?

Simple answer is „Curiosity“ and „Passion“. Always open to learn new things & passionate about „Getting things done“ inspires me to work on topics where I can expand my knowledge, while contributing to a success in meaningful way.
