What are your main tasks?

My main tasks are leading and supporting a team of data engineers and business analysts to develop, implement, and operate diverse analytics solutions for various stakeholders within the supply chain. My team and I provide reports, dashboards, and analyses to empower data-driven decision making along the supply chain.

What are the results of your work?

The results of my work are state-of-the-art reporting and analytical solutions. They serve as powerful tools, empowering decision-makers with valuable information and enabling them to make informed choices that optimize efficiency, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

What are your job highlights?

The greatest highlight of my job is working with colleagues whom I now consider friends. In addition, I find working at Campeon truly fantastic, with its green spaces, modern architecture, and great amenities.

What are your biggest challenges?

The highly complex supply chain and associated processes in the semiconductor industry present significant challenges that my team and I diligently address in order to develop effective analytics solutions. Overcoming these obstacles is an ongoing endeavor, as we work towards continuous improvement and driving innovation.
