I like the open culture at Infineon, which is based on trust and partnership beyond the functional/organizational boundaries.

My official title is IT service delivery manager for global R&D, within this function I represent several roles not limited to: Taking care about the forecast process for our global compute datacenters in regards to high performance computing; Transform new R&D requirements into implementation, e.g. applied machine learning.

Besides this I also own roles in regards trends scouting and enterprise architecture engagement.

So let’s focus on IT megatrends (technology and methodology trends): here, I have the pleasure to work with other colleagues on the assessment of IT trends of the future and making these tangible.

Getting approached and asked for support is the best element of my job, as this gives me recognition and confirmation that my knowledge is valued and generates value for Infineon.

Finding all the time to find all the answers to the questions I get, so it is and will remain key to focus on the value proposition ‒ “first things first”.

I have had an overwhelming number of very good days; at Infineon you can make every day a good day – set your targets, achieve small and big ones – so you will enjoy each day the same.
