I'm responsible for leading the transfer of Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology to our site, specifically for Power & Sensors Systems (PSS). My main goal is to ensure a smooth transition with the help of our resource managers, so we can meet our deadlines. Since SiC is a new technology and new base material for our site, we need to develop a fast and reliable process to qualify our equipment and meet our milestones. We're working under a tight timeline, and we need to be agile to succeed. Our team is currently undergoing on-the-job training (OJT) in VIH, which is crucial for us to gain the necessary skills to run SiC full flow. We're focusing on correct learnings and addressing specific requirements for 1WBG (1-Watt Gallium Nitride) technology.

I am honored to be a part of the WBG project at Infineon Kulim and excited about the challenges ahead. My sincerest gratitude goes to my mentor, Alex, my host manager, Verena, my home manager, Nurhanani, and all my colleagues for their guidance, support, and encouragement during my OJT in Villach. The knowledge and analytical skills I acquired will provide strong support for FA Kulim in WBG analysis. As Henry Ford said, 'Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.' With continued great cooperation with my colleagues in Kulim and Villach, we will successfully overcome any WBG transfer issues that arise.
