Our tailored trainee program offers top graduates attractive entry opportunities. Job rotations, targeted networking, training measures, regular feedback loops and knowledge exchange prepare young talents for taking on challenging target positions. Individual passions and objectives, professional skills and potential areas of engagement are considered accordingly.

Throughout the entire program your JTP coordinators, managers and buddy will accompany you on your journey, supporting you in planning your next career steps. Additionally, the JTP offers you the chance to build a network with some of the industry's most talented minds.

What background knowledge do you need?

A bachelor’s or master’s degree corresponding to the specific JTP position (technical studies, natural science or IT, Data Sciences etc.)
Relevant internships and/or other practical experience a plus
Passion for semiconductor technology, products and applications
Good English skills
