The MOTIX™ TLE9891QTA61 is a single-chip 3-Phase motor driver integrating an Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, CAN transceiver, and driving stages. It enables advanced motor control algorithms. Moreover, the safe switch of path developed according to ISO26262 enables safe motor operation. This automotive qualified Grade-1 device is a perfect-fit for BLDC motor control applications like pumps and fans.
