Two versions available: pre-programmed (TLE4929C-XAN-M28) & freely programmable with open EEPROM (TLE4929C-XAF-M28). RoHS compliant, automotive qualified, with integrated capacitors for enhanced EMC resistivity. Requires a pull-up resistor on the output pin to regulate current flow.
