The TDA38840 OptiMOS™ IPOL 40 A is an easy-to-use, fully integrated DC-DC buck regulator with patented fast Constant-On-Time (COT) control scheme. It simplifies the design effort, while enabling an enhanced transient response and improved Vout regulation. The onboard PWM controller and OptiMOS™ 5 MOSFETs with integrated bootstrap diode make the TDA38840 a small footprint, high efficiency solution for various point-of-load applications.
