The S29AL016J70TFN013 is a 16 Mbit boot sector Flash memory operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, manufactured on 110 nm process technology. It features 70 ns access time, ultra-low power consumption of 0.2 µA in standby and sleep modes, and supports automotive temperature ranges up to 125°C. Hardware sector protection, JEDEC compatibility, and erase suspend/resume enable robust in-system programming. Available in TSOP packages, it is ideal for automotive code storage applications.
