The S29AL016J70FFI020 is a 16 Mbit, 3.0 V boot sector Flash memory for embedded and automotive use. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it supports access times up to 70 ns and features flexible sector architecture with hardware protection. Standby and sleep modes draw 0.2 µA. Endurance is rated at 1,000,000 cycles per sector typical, with 20-year data retention. Pb-free fortified BGA and TSOP packages meet AEC-Q100 Grade 3 and industrial temperature requirements.
