The S25FL256SAGMFI003 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, DDR read, and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply. With up to 133 MHz clock, 80 MBps quad DDR read, 100,000 cycles, 20-year retention, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification, it is ideal for automotive code storage and data logging.
