CY62177EV30LL-55ZXIT is a 32-Mbit (2M × 16 or 4M × 8) CMOS asynchronous SRAM for battery-powered embedded systems. It operates from 2.2 V to 3.6 V over −40°C to +85°C and offers a 55 ns speed grade. Low-power modes include automatic CE power-down with 3 µA typical standby (25 µA max) plus 1.5 V data retention at 20 µA max ICCDR. Supports byte enables (BHE/BLE) for 8-bit accesses. Pb-free 48-pin TSOP I.
