Infineon’s ModusToolbox™ Power Suite accelerates the development of power conversion solutions with PSOC™ Control C3 MCUs

Munich, Germany – 03 March 2026 – Infineon Technologies AG (FSE: IFX / OTCQX: IFNNY) launches ModusToolbox™ Power Suite, a comprehensive software platform for digital power conversion designs based on PSOC™ Control C3 microcontrollers (MCUs). Power Suite includes easy-to-use power conversion libraries, graphical user interfaces (GUIs), visualization tools, and application examples. All features are integrated into the ModusToolbox ecosystem, providing engineers and developers with a simple and comprehensive evaluation experience for digital power conversion designs in applications such as data centers, telecommunications, industrial switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), electric vehicle chargers, robotics, and solar photovoltaic (PV) applications.

ModusToolbox Power Suite features the following components:

  • Power Suite GUI: Supports configuration tuning and real-time visualization during laboratory testing of evaluation boards and other solutions. 
  • Power Conversion Libraries: Embedded libraries providing all functions required for digital power control in modern power stages, including control methods, sensing, modulation, start-up methods, protection features, and support for common power supply topologies.
  • Code examples: C source code examples for different evaluation boards within ModusToolbox, which can be read and modified. 

Together with the advanced PSOC Control C3 evaluation boards for power conversion, Power Suite provides a well-structured environment for configuring and optimizing power conversion designs more quickly, reducing lengthy hardware and software debugging cycles.

Availability
ModusToolbox Power Suite is now available for download at www.infineon.com/powersuite and supports new PFC and LLC boards coming in spring 2026. These boards can be paired with PSOC Control C3 control cards.
