The TLS810B1 V33 is a low quiescent current linear voltage regulator with wide input range. Operating from 2.75 V to 42 V, it's suitable for automotive applications. The TLS810B1xxV50 provides a fixed 5 V output with 2% accuracy and 100 mA capability. It requires a small 1 μF ceramic capacitor for regulation. Internal protections ensure safety. It has an Enable feature and low standby consumption.
