The TLS205B0 is a low noise, low dropout voltage regulator. Capable of supplying 500 mA with 300 mV dropout. Ideal for battery-powered systems with 30 μA quiescent current. Features low output noise with a 0.01 μF bypass capacitor. Stable with small output capacitors (3.3 μF). Offers internal protection circuitry. Available in fixed (3.3V, 5.0V) and adjustable (1.22V) versions. Comes in PG-DSO-8 exposed pad and PG-TSON-10 packages.
