The REF_65W_2C_GAN_PAG1 is a USB-PD multiport charger with a wide input range and 3.3V to 21V output voltage. Each USB-C port delivers 65W, dynamically shared between the two ports based on connected devices. It features EZ-PD™ PAG1P/PAG1S controllers, EZ-PD™ CCG7DC controller, CoolGaN™ 600V GIT HEMTs, OptiMOS™ N-channel MOSFET, OptiMOS™ 6 DCDC switch, and BSZ0902NS OptiMOS™ VBUS switch.
